Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand and on-strategy creative that supports Sybarite business objectives


ability to Implement design systems and set up files and templates for others to use

expertise in preparing artwork for print and production with experience

understanding of strategic communication and storytelling

possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/​visual ability and originality

experience working with luxury brands and products


work across projects in the office ensuring that Sybarite’s designs are represented in the most compelling graphical communication

manage own workflow and deadlines in relation to projects; must work well and collaboratively under pressure

support PR and marketing initiatives by designing advertisements, press releases, invitations, printed materials, presentations and any other ad hoc requests

build and maintain the Sybarite brand’s style guides

liaise with suppliers as needed for specification

create and implement graphic design projects from conception to art-working and production

create presentations including infographics and mock-ups

design, art-work and prepare for print a variety of packaging, print collateral and merchandise

implement design systems and set up files and templates for others to use

identify trends, think creatively and work collaboratively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts that express the brand values and aesthetics


previous graphic design experience (essential; minimum 4 years), ideally working in house for a design agency

degree in graphic design, media design or similar

expert level in Adobe suite with particular emphasis with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

ability to work in 3D (Rhino or other software) for basic renderings and an understanding of spatial/​product design is a plus

layout and typography skills
